Whenever we cut a sheet or a plate on a Laser Cutting machine or a Plasma Cutting machine we some dross as well as some burrs on the cut edges. These burrs reduce the efficiency of the next processes like bending or levelling. GVK brings to you a fast and reliable solution to get rid of unwanted burrs and sharp edges. Single Side & Double Side Deburring & Polishing Machines

These machines can not only be used for Deburring but also for providing various types of surface finish on the sheets for Stainless steel. Different combinations of stages like Abrasive Belts, Abrasive Brushes and Barrel Brushes. These machines can handle sheet/part thickness from 0.5mm till 160.00 mm

Steelline Series

These machines are fully NC controlled and are very easy to program and use. The intuitive touch screen makes understanding of the operations very easy and independent of language known by the operator. Our Steelline models come in 120,180 and 240 depending upon the roller diameter.
