At GVK Metalforms we offer a complete and comprehensive range of punching tools to suit all kinds of machine brands like Amada®, LVD®, Trumpf®, Murata® and Salvagnini®. We supply all types of tooling in every style so that you get proper interchangeability with your existing tools. We offer tools as per international standards, manufactured using highest quality raw materials and optional coatings like TiCN can be provided to further enhance the tool life.

Thick Turret Tooling

We can offer a full range of tools in A,B,C, D and E stations. These tools can be supplied in all the different styles like quick adjust, Air Blow etc. The tools are available in all standard and special shapes which are grouped for easy classification.All kinds of forming tools are also available to cater to a hue variety of sheet metal operations like Louver, Emboss, Counter-sink, Tap-extrusion, knock-out etc. A lot of innovative modifications have been done to standard tooling styles for ease of use and to reduce recurring costs. Other than Guide assemblies, Punches, Dies and Strippers we can also supply accessories like Shims, Station-adaptors and alignment tools.

Trumpf® style Punching tools

GVK can supply all styles and stations for Trumpf® style tooling in all the sizes like Size0, Size1 and Size2. Standard tools and integrated collar tools are also available with extra 3.0mm grind life. Multi Tool holders as well multi tool punch and die inserts are also available. Cartridges in both PU as well as metal can be supplied.

Murata® punching tools in 114® Style and Vulcan® style

GVK can supply a complete range of 114 style holders and tools as well as Vulcan style holders and tools. PU strippers are also available with as well as without Ribs for all the stations.
