V-Grooving

GVK brings to you the concept of V-grooving so as to bend sheet metal with tighter outside radius. Such tighter radii are achieved by machining a V-groove on the surface of the sheet and then bending it on a normal press brake with a smaller V-opening. GVK can provide both flat bed type and C frame type V-grooving to suit your application. Such tight corner radius bent parts find huge application in architectural works as well as in the elevator industry.
